Does anyone know why Maximiser doesn’t pick up the “address book entry” email address on my emails?

It does for some contacts but not others. The email addresses are always the first email address (as Max doesn’t pick up any other at present) and it is beyond me why one record does get picked up whilst another (seemingly) identical record doesn’t.

My reason for asking is that if you want to file an email to it's sender you have to go via address book unless the address book entry field on the email messages window has an entry.

Try refreshing the email window with "F5".

I imagine things haven't changed with v8 but you'll find that if you leave Maximizer to fetch your emails at the interval you've set they'll be matched up with the appropriate address book entry. However, if you initiate the process by clicking on the Send/Receive button then you'll also have to refresh the email window to see the linked address book entries. IF you don't they'll link up at the next download initiated by Max.
