It sounds as though you have a bit of address book corruption. This is probably caused by someone's machine crashing in Maximizer.
Make a copy of the address book on your harddrive. Then and only then, when you have an address book to go back to. Back up and restore your Maximizer database.
The reason I advise you to make a copy is not because there is anything risky involved in the backup and restore process but if you were to have a power cut or similar half way through you would'nt be in a happy situation
Its always good practice not to do anything that could leave you worse off than where you are now.
