Administrative User is not able to change Account Manager

Why wouldn't an admin with full access and rights be able to change an Account Manager from one salesperson to another?

Good Morning,

I would recommend that you check the users Roles and make sure they have the Sales Manager Role. The Account Manager Field is a Sales field and you probably have to be an account manager to be able to change the assigned person.
