I am using Maximizer 12 Entrepreneur. I recently moved the company address book to a new computer by backing up the database on source computer and then restoring the database on the destination computer. Aside from an activation issue, the move went well. I was able to get every client pointed to the new server. However, certain users cannot login now. It's actually any user that falls alphabetically after MASTER. They get the error that I've attached. They are then unable to login after the login prompt appears again. They'll simply get an invalid User ID and password error.

I can't reset their password through the admin utility. I get the message that I don't have permission or the login doesn't exist. This is stumping me! Anyone have a suggestion?

Solved the issue myself, lol. I had to download Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to check on the database. I'm not sure why, but none of my users falling after MASTER alphabetically were added to the SQL Server as users on the new machine. There were also no users under the Maximizer database. (Even though the actual address book when managing users showed these users there.) After I used SQL Studio to add users to the SQL Server, they were automatically put into the Maximizer database. Then I went into maximizer as admin and reset their passwords. I don't know why this worked or why it happened, but it appears to be solved. Hope if anyone else has this problem, this answer helps.
