Alphanumeric Field Value for Search

When I create a UDF (Alphanumeric type), it seems that it's pretty difficult to do a search in this field.

when using search all fields, adding this field as the condition of a search, it will ask for "From" and "To", no way to find a certain word in this field.

e.g. if I have " max presentation" as a middle word in this UDF "PlaceMet", there is no way to find out all the individuals I met in the "max presentation" because I might have "in max presentation" as the value in the field of certain contact.

1. You do not need to specify anything for the "To" field.

2. Use a wildcard - so *max presentation or * max pres* or something similar will work.
