Did a two tier Import from a CSV file. The first tier import of the companies worked quite well However, the second tier of individual was ran in to a slight snag. I was unable to accurately map the "direct contact" telephone number so I have a large number of individuals missing their direct number. Also, for some reason, I kept getting a message stating there was a "missing missing record". If I clicked "continue" it did nothing, but if I clicked "skip" it kept going. However, it turns out for all those individuals I skipped they are now missing as contact sin the system.

Also, when bringing in individuals under the two tier approach, which phone number in Maximizer is designated for the individual when doing the individual mapping. I seem to have missed all the "direct" phone numbers for individuals in my previous database. Max lists 4 numbers 1-4 under the mapping process but does not say which is assigned to the "contact" record.

Also, can you suggest a way to import excel data? I attempted, but I could not figure it out.
