Hello. In our business it is often disappointment when patients who have booked an appointment fail to turn up for whatever reason.

What we want to do is send an SMS to each person the day before their appointment. We use Skype for this purpose.

Has anyone used Maximizer to make this process easy? If so how? Any ideas anyone?

(We are using Max 11 Entrep. edition, soon to upgrade to 12)

The obvious way to meet this requirement from the Maximizer product suite is not I am afraid available in the Entrepreneur edition. If you deploy Maximizer Enterprise you will also acquire a starter licence for a product called KnowledgeSync from Vineyard Software. This product allows the creation of rules and can automatically send alerts to a variety of destinations including SMS.
