appointment's email customization

Hi,

Is there a way to create a template for the appointment's email in order to notify attendees. The one we use in Max 8 is too complicated and not clear enough. I know we can edit it but you have have to do it eve
Thanksry time you send this type of email. is ther exist a way to edit it as template and automate the sending?
