Appointment with multiple contacts

I am trying out Maximizer (along with ACT, Commence and a couple of Outlook add-ins). One limitation I have come across with Max 8 seems to be the inability to schedule an appointment with more than one contact/individual. I can find how to schedule a meeting with several users, but not with several contacts.

Am I right or am I missing something?

Hi Jerry

I'm currently an Act 2005 user and am looking to switch to something else that has reasonable performance. I'm looking at Goldmine and Maximizer. Quickbooks Customer Manager also looked interesting, but seems to be missing some critical features like group email and disposition codes for appointments.

I am interested in sharing information. I suppose I could survive without the ability to schedule appointments with multiple people, but like you, this is a feature that I would miss if it is not present.

My 30 day trials for Goldmine and Maximizer have long expired, so I can't try to schedule myself.
