I did a search for this before starting a new thread. Everything was from 2000.
We use Max 11.
I followed the user guide to put documents in the Company Library. All OK there.
I want to add a document to a client's file.
I am now adding document to an entry, following steps in user guide
#2 - Select the DOCUMENTS following window....What / where is the "following" window, please?
I did the process without this step going directly to #3 (home /. insert file etc & it added a note that showed the document I added
but now previous notes do not show in this pane.
If I click add a new note, the previous notes do come up, but the note with the document added is now not visible.
How do you display the fact that the document is attached to the file?
Is there a way to show all the notes?
or is the attached file displayed somewhere else?
also in user guide it suggests "embedding" rather than linking but I did not see where this would be done.
Can anyone please advise?
