I want to be able to see which records have been added or modified since a certain date. How can I do this?

Hi,
Only opportunity changes generate a full audit trail (in the notes) but most records in Maximizer set the modify flags internally on the client and contact records. This means you can search for all records modified since a certain date. You'll find the search option for this on the Search/Other menu (right at the end)
You can see who created a record and when it was last changed on the Properties menu.
You can also do some nice reports on who created contacts using Maximizers built in Reportsmith.
There is one other option we've designed an application to log all the changes in Maximizer to a central audit log database and this will record a changes to the companies contacts and their UDF. We could also write it back as change notes (perhaps with a special ownership). Alternativley if you have the development skills you could tackle something like this after purchasing the integration toolkit for Maximizer.
