Automated email campaigns

I need step by step instructions on getting Windows SBS 2008, IIS 7.0, Exchange 2007, and Maximizer 11 setup for automated email campaigns, I have a campaign setup but the emails are not being sent, hopefully someone can help me out.
I havefollowed the instructions here http://msexchangeteam.com/arch...06/12/28/432013.aspx and here http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/networking/?p=373 to the letter and it is still not working
