There are several options here Mike, probably the best option is to perform a database backup using the tools in the Maximizer Administrator and then copy the backup files on the new PC and perform a restore using the same tools.
To make a backup start the Maximizer Administrator, after it has all started up click File>>Close Address Book. Then go to the Utilities Menu and click Backup Address Book, select your address book from the list and click ok, when asked what to backup click All Records. Then click Ok. When asked for the MASTER password just pop it in. It will ask you to specify a backup location (I'd pick something simple like C:\MaxBackup).
When the backup is done go to the folder you specified and copy all the files in there to a USB Key or a burn them onto a CD-ROM, move them onto the new machine.
Install Maximizer on the new machine and create a blank database to restore into. Then shutdown Maximizer and go to the Administrator. Click File>>Close Address Book again. Then go to Utilities and click Restore Address Book, pick your new blank address book from the list and tick the 'Use Optimized Restore Method' box (this re-indexs the data as it restores it). The rest of the options are basically the same as the ones your chose in the backup.
It is possible that you might not have the Maximizer Administrator program, in that case if you click File>>Close Address Book in Maximizer you should notice a Utilities menu appear in the Maximizer Client, you can then follow the rest of the instructions as normal.
There is. You need to be sure you are not logged into an Address Book. When you open Max Admin and the list of Address Books comes up, hit Escape. You will be in Max Admin but not in an Address Book. The Backup/Restore utilities will then be active.

You start the Maximizer Administrator by clicking Start>>Programs>>Maximizer Enterprise, then loading the Administrator program. The icon looks like a set of keys.
