.bak files

Hi y'all

I have recently upgraded to Maximiser v.12 Entrepreneur and have attempted to restore / reinstall a back up copy of my database but am having some difficulties - not quite sure where I am going wrong. Have tried import and import advance without success - all I get is a dialogue box with some words and zeros and it blocks me - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Please do not attempt to import anything. You need simply to restore the .bak file back-up that you have created.

Create a new empty database using the Administrator programme and then restore your .bak file into this database using the utility/restore menu in the Administrator.
