We are currently running 7.5 SQL Enterprise. I have run into an issue by upgrading our our Sales people from Outlook Express to MS Outlook 2000/XP because we put in an MS Exchange Server. When using Outlook Express if they received an email from a customer they could just drag and drop it to their contact in Maximizer and it would create a note with the Message Header as well as the contents of the Email. This is the easiest way for them to work. On upgrading to MS Outlook, we discovered that less information is passed in the buffer. You only get the header information which means that a note is created but with only the message header information, no body of the email.
This isn't acceptable for our sales people so it's my problem. Is there a better way that I'm missing ? You can't run MS Outlook Express with MS Exchange Server very easily and Outlook Express supports Maximizer better than MS Outlook.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
