Broadcast Faxing Problem

I'm using Maximizer 7 and Winfax 9.02. When I do a mail merge into a template my options are to PRINT, SKIP or PRINT ALL. Selecting PRINT ALL pulls up a Winfax screen and then proceeds to send faxes to the first phone # only. Faxes can only be sent by selecting PRINT one at a time.

Second issue - when pressing PRINT individually a reference is saved under NOTES indicating a letter was sent to the respective individual, however, under DOCUMENTS it's blank? That's no good..

Any suggestions?
