Since Max 8 came out I have been having a problem printing my calander. Service Release 1 was to fix the problem. It still is not working correclty.
I now get a message that the program can not find BCLWDDE.exe (or one of its components) when I try to pring. It also hangs up the program and I need to close and open Maximizer again.

The files BCLWDDE is in the directory that it is looking for. I uninstalled the complete Max 8 program and re downloaded and installed the base program and the service release 1. Nothing changes.
I could use some help as to finding the error. This is a critical component for me as I travel weekly and need the updated calander printed out.

I renamed the files as directed and reinstlled Maximizer 8 into a completely new directory. I still am unable to print my calendar files. I get through the dialog box and it goes to print but does not print. The files go to never never land.

When I go to print appointment details I am able to do that however the left margin is off and cust off the first 2 letters of each line.

I really need to correct these problems.

Nothing happens. No error message appears and the printing of the calendar book does not occur.

This behavior may be caused by a corrupt calendar book configuration or application file.


RESOLUTION
To correct an invalid configuration file and application file, perform the following steps:

Configuration File:
Close Maximizer, if running.
Click Start > Run.
Type bclwdde.ini in the Open field and press enter.
The Notepad application appears listing the content of the bclwdde.ini file.
Right-mouse click (right-click) within the Notepad window and choose Select All.
Press the Delete key, deleting the entire content of the bclwdde.ini file.
Click File > Save to save the changes.
Close Notepad.
Calendar Book Application File:
Open Windows Explorer.
Browse to the Books folder found under the Maximizer Program folder.
Typically the Maximizer Program folder is C:\Program Files\Maximizer.
Right-click the BCLWDDE.EXE file and choose Rename.
Rename to BCLWDDE.old
Insert your Maximizer CD into your CD-ROM.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to D:\Max\program files\maximizer\books.

Note: Enterprise users, browse to D:\MaxEnt\Program Files\Maximizer\Books.

If D:\ is not the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive then replace with appropriate drive letter. In addition, if the BCLWDDE.EXE is not available on the CD then copy the file from another computer that has Maximizer installed.


Right-click the BCLWDDE.EXE file and choose Copy.
Return back to the Books folder under the Maximizer Program folder (C:\Program Files\Maximizer).
With focus set to the Books folder, select Edit > Paste.
Start Maximizer and open your Address Book.
Try printing the calendar book again to see if the issue is resolved.
