hello,

i'm trying to explore the maximizer calendar utilities, and I have some problems, when i try to watch the calendar of different users in the same calendar i don't have te list of all users, all what i have is a list containing my name and COMPANY user.

Does any one have an idea about how i can resolve this problem?

PS : i'm using Maximizer entreprise 9.

I would suggest that your first port of call should be to log into Maximizer as yourself then click File>>Preferences and go to the Calendar/Hotlist tab, then set the 'Read Access' for the Calendar to All Users, this will enable your calendar to be visible.

If you want to allow other people to add appointments to your calendar then set 'Full Access' to All Users.

You will need to repeat this procedure for all users and must be logged in as that user to set the option.
