I have Max 9 enterprise and when I log onto Max I get an error "there was an error (code CS-03020) in displayApps(): undefined Description: 'innerWidth' is undefined" and then my calendar does not load up all the way. I have read that this is due to IE7 and have tried to do the suggested fixes but have not had success. I am confused as to which update/ fixes I have on my system and which I do not. Can someone explain in english how I update my system even though I do not know which updates/ fixes have been applied.

I have tried the live update it does not show that we need any updates. We just updated yesterday and the error started. I originally did the live update and it did not show that we needed to update our product so I went to Maximizer Support and saw that Max 9 Enterprise needed the Service Release 2 for Maximizer Enetrprise 9 (ME9SR2.EXE) and it said if you did not receive this update through live update to manually apply this update. We manually applied this update and now we are getting these errors. Is their supposed to be a sequence to doing these updates? How do I get my Maximizer Enterprise 9 fully updated. This is getting to be very frustrating and I would like to see if I can get it resolved for me and the rest of my co-workers.
Still waiting to hear if their is a fix to my last questions that I sent yesterday about my calendar conflict with IE7.

Try uninstalling of all SR’s on the computer and then run the live update wizard. If this did not help try the following.

I suggest that you uninstall all the service release on the computer.
Click on the link below and download and install the SR in the following order.
http://www.maximizer.com/support/downloads.html

Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 1 (Series 1552)
Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 2 (Series 1635)
Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Pack 1 for Service Release 2 (Series 1649)
Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Pack 2 for Service Release 2 (Series 1707)

Your Maximizer will then be up-to-date with all SR’s and SP’s
