Calendar Integration

We have many issues associated with Calendar integration and I wonder
if any of you have encountered any of these. We have a mix of Win98
and Win2000 machines with Office97 or Office2000 (soon all will be
win2000 and office2000)and corporate mail with an Exchange server. We
use Max 6.0 w SP2 and I have specified the address folder to use when
synchronizing under System Options>Settings. Some w/s don't seem to
save this setting and therefore do not sync well if at all.
Some of the errors are:
Meeting Request cannot be sent because the message has changed from
Outlook.
Another user sends a meeting request and multiple copies (2 or 3) are
placed in the calendar spot.
Maximizer may just not synchronize at all and you get a message that
the address book could not be opened
