Calendar Settings not being saved

Using Max 8 series 1444 (SR3) Pervasive workgroup.

I use the calendar to see what my colleagues are doing, co-ordinate appointments etc. This works OK but whenever I run Maximizer the list of users in my calendar just has me (not my colleages). I can enter the colleagues but when I exit and run Max again its back to just me again (which is a real pain).

This used to work fine before installing SR3. I've tried checking Window / Window Settings / Save setings on exit but this doesn't help. I've verified the address book using administrator and this seems to be OK.

Any ideas?
