I am a job scheduler for a painting company. We have a 2 user license of Max 8.0. There are only 2 people actually using Maximizer. But i would like to be able to make appts for my other staff in Calendar, and then use the Calendar Users selection to show the appts for specific staff members. (these staff are different than the ones that are actually using the system) These extra staff will never actually login and use the system, they will only have appts scheduled for them, and have their calendar printed out. Does anyone know if this can be done, and how? Do i have to buy more user licenses? Thank you.
