I have a customer who is setting up a call centre. Basically, they have a database of industry specific businesses that they are calling about their product lines. If they are interested, it's referred to a sales person.
I'm playing arround with the best way of doing this. The callers will use web portals. They are expecting some turn over, so we want to keep it very simple. Basically a list of names and numbers to call, with a way of recording some information about the call, and perhaps updating the information of the customer.
The sales people will need to see the results of those calls, and deal with any results (request for info, quote, etc
What I'm hoping to setup is a fairly simple system for a sales manager to assign tasks to callers, and track those tasks.
I've worked with maximizer for a long time, but mostly in installations, not much on setup and design, so any assistance would be appreciated.
