Campaign Manager - Opened Email, Redirect URL etc

Enterprise 8 and use the Campaign Manager. I have attempted to add the Opened Email Tracking URL, Redirect URL and Computer Name merge fields with no success. What is required for this functionality to work?

You need to have an IIS server running the Campaign Manager Statistics Web Service. See the installation section of the Maximizer Enterprise 8 Administrator's Guide for more information, or contact your Maximizer Business Partner for assistance.
