Hi,
hoping for some assistance
I have 4 or 5 databases that i support in a company, one of which has stopped sending campaigns.
the settings in maximizer admin appear to be the same in all the databases. but one doesnt send and one does.

have checked the logs and i'm getting
"Problem retrieving activities for campaign 110117011401604285177M in Processing Job entries loop." errors in the CMGR_email logs...

its Maximizer 9.5 (yep i know..)
SQL server 2000 i think

anyone any ideas, please!

Tracking down actual causes of issues like this can be difficult and you are using quite an old version of the software (yes you know :-))

The problem is probably related to an image in the email however, in some cases it can relate to a problem in the template. I recommend you suspend all campaigns on this database. Create a new template and a new campaign. If when you test it you still have the same problem review very carefully the email body and related images.

If you have not already done so ensure that the log files for the campaign manager are at the highest level in the Maximizer Administrator to give you the best indication of the problem.
