can not save an email in an opportunity since a few weeks

we are using max 9.5 /sql server latest release and office 2007. when we are in the email-window of maximizer and press right mouse button to select "save email to opportunity" nohing happened. (we did select the opportunity before)
save with an contact in the adressbook works coreect. Does anyone any idea where to look to tackle this problem?

i can add to my question...that the "save email to opportunity" works fine voor the MASTER user...maybe that someone has the answer?
