Can't Access Datebase

I just got a new computer in my office and all of my Max files are stored on a communal drive. I insalled the software and selected the folder with all of my Maximizer files. When I try and open it, nothing happens. I also can not set up users on the system. What have I done wrong?

There could be lots of reasons why you are having these issues and it depends on whether you are using an older version of Maximizer (9/9.5)or a more recent one.

I am afraid based on the information I can not advise you how to fix the problem however, if you wish to purchase an incident from Advoco Solutions we will be able to connect to your computer and work through the problems for you.
