Hello,

We are using Maxexchange remote 8 with all the laster service packs. There are currently 5 remotes running fine right now. I am trying to add a new remote and it goes through the whole setup process fine but after it is done it does not appear in the site manager. I noticed in the outbox on the maxexchange server there is a new hex folder created but nothing is in it. We are using maximizer enterprise 8 sql for the db. Does anybody have any ideas?
