Cannot sync Outlook 2003

I have followed the instuctions in the Maximizer manual, but everytime I try to sync I get a box saying Syncronization Failed. I don't know what it is. The profile in Outlook says "Outlook" and that is what is says under preferences.

Any suggestions?

What version of outlook you are using?

If it is xp or 2003

In MS Outlook. go to

Tools -> Address Book

Under "Show Names from the:"
Choose "Contacts" under "Outlook address book" Click OK

While you are still in the Address Book windows,

Also go to Tools -> Options
Under "Show this address list first", choose "Contact" under "Outlook Address Book"
