Make sure your Maximizer is up-to-date with all the Service Releases click on the following link to download the latest SR's.
http://www.maximizer.com/support/downloads.htmYou should download and install in the following order SR2 (Series 1433), SR3 (Series 1444) and SR4A (Series 1518) or you can open Max, click on help and select >Maximizer Live Update to up date your Maximizer automatically.
In your Address book folder have a look to see if there is a file cold >PVSW.LOG if you see this file, Delete it, and then try and open your Database.
Also make sure when you move your Address book onto you new Machine that you open Maximizer click on File >New Address Book and then point Maximizer to your Address book folder that has been moved onto your new Machine
