I do not know what is going on, but all of a sudden Maximizer CRM 10, is loosing the ability to view the address book.

It seems to be at random, but the different column views that we have are slowly becoming unworkable. If you click on a view it will not use it, the it will just stay on the view it is currently on.

If you edit a view that is working, then that view will instantly stop working. If you create a new one there is a 95% chance it will not work as well. I say this because so far I have only been able to remake one that worked, none of the others have. You can not edit a view that does not work, clicking on the properties button will not cause any reaction.

Does anyone have any ideas? We are slowly but surely loosing the column views that we use.

I suspect from your description you have some corruption of the column view definitions within the database. Our approach would normally be to examine the database and confirm this. Probably the simplist resolution would then be to completely reset (remove) all column layouts from the underlying SQL database. This is an activity which we could undertake for you as a support incident which you could purchase from ww.crmshop.co.uk
