Hi,

All of a sudden our MaxExchange server threw Datamanager error code 2 and Error code 84.
After that people who synchronized to our remote server lost 25% of the records.

But the database on the network has all the records. So currently we have switched our inside remote users to the network database. But the outside branch ones are having trouble.

We have tried backup and restoring. Tried renaming mxdrb.max file and for some reason maxexchange started throwing error messages. So we copied an old mxdrb.max file in there but it didn't update it. So we made some changes to the records. Still didn't work.

We also did refresh on one of the user but it didn't work either. We basically tried everything the help manual said to do.

Any suggestions????

We have tried the Address Book Folder Maintainance on MaxExchange and it updated all the users(including mxdrb.max). Strangely it created two 81 meg files for two of our old users. One of the user did a synch this morning and still is getting 9405 records instead of 12365 records. So we swtiched her to the network database. The original database has everything on it. Its when people are synching through the exchange they are loosing the records.

Please any more suggestions and thanks for your help.
