We are a property services company that does several different functions for our customers. We are new to Maximizer and are using it the following way: We set-up commercial property management firms as companies and each of their managed properties are being entered as contacts. That way we can keep independent records for each property. Also, when we look at the company records, it lists each of their properties in the company contact list. My question is this: I have set-up (contact) user-defined fields but only some of them show up as key fields when I look at the contact record. I would appreciate any assistance.
