We also use the company library and we have lost a whole whack of documents twice!!! Luckily a File>>Validate and Recover operation will recover the documents into a Recovered folder in your company library. You will unfortunately have to resort them into the file structure that you had before. I have sent my database to Max since this has happened twice to me and I had lost over a hundred documents both times. If you have support, try and get them to take a copy of your database to analyze and let them know that You know that this has happened to others before. Probably something in the stored procedures that is defective, what databae are you running????
