Configuration Files does not exist or is invalid

I am trying to install Maximizer 9 on a new computer & get the above message. I have reinstalled it many times with no success.

Complete message: "Configuration Files does not exist or is invalid. Please ensure that Maximizer is installed properly before continuing."

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Good Morning,

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

Could you just provide a little more detail please?

Which Version of Maximizer are you using (Is it 8, 9, 9.5? Is it Maximizer Pro or Maximizer Enterprise?)

What environment are you trying to install it in? (Is it in a workgroup or are you part of a domain? Is Maximizer only on one PC or are you also installing on a server?)
