one of my users has a problem with Maximizer that I cannot seem to solve. Every time they attempt to print a phone report the report contains the correct phone report with a contact information of the wrong contact.

Ie. Phone report under person 'DDD' printed with person 'AAA' as the contact information.

It seems to be from a contact that was selected previously, as opposed to the currently selected contact.

Any ideas?

Can you replicate it? Try a few tests to see if it is related to

- that particular contact record
- that particular Maximizer user
- that particular Address Book
- that particular workstation

Also, the information that PillPopper requested might be helpful. (Maximizer? Maximizer Enterprise? What version? Have all of the Service Releases been applied? What database back-end? ...)

Thanks for the quick reply, I had some other issues delaying my response, sorry.

Ok.. 1. It's Pervasive Version.
2. Highly repeatable - all the time on printing contact info.
3. Limited to that workstation (unconfirmed reports at other workstations due to insufficient operator intellect errors - i hope)
4. Specific Address Book - haven't tested, will let you know shortly
5. Max Ent 7 Pervasive SP4, Max SP 3.
