I too have been having synch problems between Max 8 and Outlook 2000.

I ssems to get all of my fax numbers and company names but no addresses and no phone numbers.

What is the add on that cna assist.

BTW the ultimate objective is to sync Max with my Palm and my Blackberry. Using outlook as the channel seem a reasonable approach. Any thoughts anyone?
My point is to cut Outlook out of the equation completely from a sync point of view. With MaxLink you install the Palm Desktop to get Hotsync Manager in place. Then you install MaxLink to get the Maximizer conduits in place. When you sync it goes directly between Max and your Palm PDA - Outlook is not part of that equation and never sees your Max Address Book entries. You can still use Outlook as an email client in Max File > Preferences > EMail so you get Outlook's email formatting capabilities (way better than the Max email client!), but all your contacts are managed in Max only. This gives you the added benefit of being able to drag emails from your Inbox onto Address Book entries so they become Documents in Max. Lots of other stuff as well - which is why our business does it this way.

Don't know about Blackberry - you'd have to check with Maximizer themselves. As for Max email client, go into File > Preferences > Email and there are two checkboxes for "Compose messages using EMail service provider's editor" and "Read messages using EMail service provider's editor". Uncheck those boxes and rty reading and composing email messages - you'll see what I've termed the Maximizer email client. Sorry if it's not an actual "client" - it looks that way to me from a user perspective.
