Converting "Individuals" to "Contacts" in an existing "Company"

I have 2 databases. One contains only companies and contacts within them. Another database has Individuals only. I want to take all of the Individuals from one database and covert them to Contacts for and existing Company in another database.

If this is possible I would also want each contact to have their personal address in the main form rather than their companies.

How can both of these things be accomplished?
