Before setting up Max 10. I wanted to put some thought into what types of information will go into the "Company Level" information. I understand UDF's and creating them, however, if I wish to have a field which will give a summary of the the business, say several paragraphs or up to 500 words, will Max 10 accommodate for easy viewing?
On my version 4.0 the only work around was to create the summary and imbed in notes as the first entry ever. That way it was always in the same place for all companies.
