we are using CRM 10 Ent. and MaxDoc 1.2. We do not seem to be able to merge entries into a letter that includes CONTACTS. The Company Name, and all Address entries populate correctly. But nothing seems to work to get the Contact names into the proper places in our mail merge. If we do it one at a time and select the contact in the Address Book list along with the Company in the Address Book list the Contact Names populate. This is a no go for large mail merges. Can anyone help?
