I have a problem printing envelopes, addess labels and letters. All the access boxes are checked. When I try to preview an envelope before printing I see only my return address and nothing for the contact person. My letters are missing everything except the body of the letter I never had these problem with my older version. How do I fix this.

My initial suggestion would be that you check the formatting preferences for addresses. I am guessing that you may find it is invalid in some way. In any of the recent versions of Maximizer you can do this by opening any address book record and clicking the preferences option. Make sure that when you test the format with the test button you are seeing the address correctly formatted with all the fields available.

If this is not the problem there could be an issue related to the printer driver.
To print reports from Maximizer you must have 2 things: 1) valid print settings in preferences (previous post). 2) permission to print to the required destination.

Permissions can be checked by looking in Setup Users and checking on the access rights tab of your user record's properties (button). When you first open the access rights you will see your effective rights, if there are no ticks against the boxes for "allow printing to these destinations" then you will not be able to print out and menus will be greyed out.

If you are on a multi user system then you will need to speak to your system administrator to ask them to grant you the necessary printing permissions
The format test is correct and I still have the problem with my new printer. Any other ideas?
