CRM transfer of files from old computer

I'm in the process of transferring files from an old computer to the new one. When the address book is imported it doesn't populate the duplicate address book in the new computer, but goes to the favourites list in the view tab.

How do I get the data to show up in the address book whenever it is opened up?
