I have now got a bit further with this task. I have install CRM10 on the remote machine and not created any address books, or upgraded any. I have created a new site in MaxExchange. I have deleted the MZXREM.BIN file and started the process over. So far all good. I add my FTP details and the first packet is downloaded, it offers to put it in New or Existing so I pick new. I have got it to successfully create a new database, not sure how as the first few times a get an error about it not being able to create the database and refers me to a log file for maaccess.dll which does not exist. After it saying the new database is created it then informs me it cant use it as it was created in an earlier version. So i load the administrator and logon to the address book it has created but the options to upgrade it are not there.
Any ideas?
