We are running Maximizer 9 ( not Enterprise) on XP Professional, and cannot get Crystal Reports to work.

If I go to Reports|Crystal Reports and try to either run an pre-existing report or create a custom report., I get an error dialogue that says "SQLDriverConnect failed".

I've looked at the support ticket at tinyurl.com/22rjg5 but that doesn't apply, as the scenario there is partial failures, not complete failure.

We have uninstalled Crystal Reports XI and re-installed it, making sure to be logged in as Administrator, but no joy.

ANyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Nick
