Custom toolbar / Maxdoc

We now use Max 7 ECrm SQL version. All high spec w2k server and workstations.

We have been plagued since version 6 with custom toolbars just disappearing.. It is now happening with v7 - not so often but it still happens.

This toolbar was added by Maxdoc and has the maxdoc button on it, but we have also added a couple of our own icons to it.

They are there one day then gone the next.

This isnt a permissions problem (definitely). the only way to get it back used to be to re-run the MaxDoc setup..

A real pain. Anyone know why / solution?
