Hey everyone,
New user to Maximizer 11 and I have a few questions that relate to the best way of doing certain things in Maximizer.
1) If I wanted to setup a set of questions that each Company/Individual can answer that relate to customer feedback, what would the best way of going about this be? Custom Fields? (Note: These will be entered by a user on our end)
2) Next for these questions, is there a way to send automated reminders (via email or another method) after a given amount of time (ie. 6 months) has passed since they were last updated?
3) Can Maximizer tie into Lotus Notes in any other way besides just sending emails from that account?
