You can't modify the built-in Notes report because it predates Maximizer 8 (when Crystal Reports was added) so it is hard-coded into the Maximizer application. You'd have to create your own Notes report and then add whatever extra fields you want.

There is a simple example in the help file for CreateUdfViews
http://www.regensys.com/CreateUdfViews(install it, run it, click "Help" and scroll to the bottom of the main Help page to find the link). The example uses the A_E_MAIL_ADDRESS view as an example, so you'd want to do the same thing with the AMGR_Notes view.

When you run a custom report from the Reports menu, Maximizer gives you the option of running the report on:
( ) Selected entries in the current list
( ) All entries in the current list
( ) Entire Address Book
