For some reason our setting on Ent. 11 has changed when one of our users adds a new entry. The default entry shows "Contact Details" as "Public". However when she actually adds a new contact/company, it defaults to her name, not "Public". Any ideas on how to get this working properly? I thought getting the default settings to work would fix it but that does not seem to be the case.
Any thoughts on where we went wrong?
