Hello

We are using Maximizer 7.5 and the employee portal, but i'm having a couple of problems with the portal. Firstly, Default entrys I have added in Maximizer don't appear in the employee portal when adding a new contact (for instance, we use the second part of the telephone/extension field to put a type of number e.g phone, fax etc). Is there a way around this or is it a limitation of the portal?

Also, is there a way to remove certain functions from the web portal, such as "add company"?
