I have a Maximizer 9. I now have the Maximizer 11 Entrepreneur edition. I installed in on my brand new Windows 7 computer. I am following the steps in the Maximizer CRM Administrator's guide to transfer my data base. However when I use the browse function my files won't highlight so can't import. Any suggestions where I might go next?

This upgrade will only work if you have already installed the pervasive database components from your Maximizer 9 on your windows 7 pc. There is a knowledge base article on this in the Maximizer.com knowledge base. It may be simpler to upgrade the data on your old computer and then transfer the data.

Many people have taken advantage of the service we offer to upgrade your data and return a backup in version 11 format with instructions for loading.
